I hope this is the correct forum to post this.

I have a boot problem with a Heidenhain TNC 426CB, its stuck at the first screen and wont boot. This happened yesterday, the machine was doing a program, then the technician tried to type some modifications but the machine wouldn't react to the button, he tried to GOTO another part of the program, but nothing happened, and he couldn't put it into manual mode either. Then he tried to reset the machine and since then its stuck like this and wont boot any further.
