    how to unfold this sheet metal part

    Hello
    Can anyone suggest how we can create the flaten of this part (attached .rar file)

    SW2015 and 2016 has a Flatten Surface command that will do what you need, but you need the Premium version of the software.
    The sheet metal module won't work as it is a compound curve. The closest you may get is by trimming out the offending bit, and flattening the remaining pieces. It is not perfect...
