Hey,

I have been experiencing frequent "overTemp" pauses on a multicam 1000 I'm operating. No matter what materiel I'm cutting this happens.

Operation Conditions:
Perske Spindle 23500 RPM - its operated between 18000-15000 rpm depending on the job.
700ipm - 50% - 70% feed rate depending on the job


I have attached photos of the controller with the overTemp message.

Any insights as to what could be causing this?

This maybe another part of your recent issue, if your mechanics (bearings and gearboxes) are not moving smoothly, you maybe running into your steppers are working harder then they should

Thanks for the reply. The issue has been resolved.

The control box wasn't being properly maintained by the previous operators and due to dust gathering, several of the fans weren't operating. A simple blowing out with compressed air solved the problem
