    Unhappy Alarms 400, 414, 424 Won't Clear

Small business owner here learning as I go along. I have a small EmcoTurn 320 Slant Bed CNC lathe with a Fanuc 0T-B control and yesterday I was running parts when I closed the collet using the foot pedal and initiated a program. As soon as I did the lights in my small shop flickered and my machine threw the following alarms.

400 SERVO ALARM : (OVER LOAD)
414 SERVO ALARM : X AXIS DETECT ERROR
424 SERVO ALARM : Z AXIS DETECT ERROR

Naturally, I started reading as much as possible in my manuals and on the internet and it led me to check a couple things.
    • Diagnostics
      • 720 and 721, both of which read 11000100 -- giving three faults. OVL, LV, and DCAL.

    • Input voltage to the machine -- the machine wants 380 3-phase.
      • L1→Ground = 211
      • L2→Ground = 230
      • L3→Ground = 236
      • Leg→Leg were all around ~394

    • Servo Amplifier (A06B-6058-H221) LED's
      • None were on except for one on the bottom card, it looks like it's labeled TML LED (Thermal LED?)

Anyway, I read as much as I could stand last night and this morning and am at a sort of loss and tried a few things to see if it would clear such as trying all combinations of the legs of the input power, metering the small 1-½" long thermister or whatever it is on the Servo Amp bottom board, etc. Could it be my PCB or my Servo Amp have gone bad? What would I need to test in order to pinpoint the problem so I'm not throwing money I don't have at new boards and drives, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated and I will definitely document the entire fix for future reference here.

check power supply on servo drive - mains and control voltages and also on master PCB

not sure about the drive from the picture.
look at the drives along the bottom, where the motor wires are connected.
    behind the top board.
there might be some circuit breakers to the left and to the right is a reset.
make sure the breakers are on.
the red reset needs to be pushed in with something like a pencil to reset it if it tripped.
but i'm not sure if you have drives like this

I had the same alarm on my machine (414 SERVO ALARM : X AXIS DETECT ERROR) and we replaced the servo AMP to fix it.
so your issue is in the servo AMP
The problem on my machine would only happen when it was cold. It was likely bad electrolytic capacitors but since the company is making millions they just replaced the AMP :-)
