    Wrong Pocket Corner on CNC6040Z

    Sorry for my bad english. I have a problem with cnc. I made a little box. Three angles are correct, one is wrong. I attach photos. You know how I can fix?
    i use Aspire and Mach3 and 6040Z

    3 corner are correct

    Use an autocad or any good 3D editing software sir, aspire sometimes code it wrong, been there , for very small and intricate CNC routing jobs you also need a more detailed 3D application before you start guessing on hardware faults, backlashes, etc.

    Edit: Can you post the dimensions on the rounded squares here sir? Im gonna try coding it with a different software and post it back here to let you try if it does it again. also the router bit size you use, for me to get a precised detailed code.

    What bit size are you using on the product sir? I need it to precisely pin your desired measurements, about the software, im just using the free ones sir, I have a limited knowledge on the high end ones, though I can be a very good instructor or advertiser on the high end softwares if they can give it to me for free , just kidding, 3D CAD Software I used is the free google sketchup, and the cambam trial version. with just that 2 software I can manipulate the spindle to my own preference, things like when to start and when to begin, passes made, all the way down on the finishing line or where to park it specifically if I use a jig to hold the materials then do it again (loop) after loading new materials.

    i Use first 6mm for remore the Much of the material and finish whit 3mm.

    HOLY MOLLY man that`s fast your maximum speed is 4000mm/min sir...im finalizing with the code now, hopefully I can post it here in 5-10 minutes, im adjusting the parameters because your machine is fast.

    Here you go sir you can download directly this file and load it on a simulator or your CNC machine, I dont have to run the curve because only the 6mm End mill will make the curvy inner edges >>>> https://www.mediafire.com/?a22y4b201132sa4

    or you can copy / paste this on a notepad and load it to a simulator or directly to your machine

    I made 4 tabs on it, so that it will not come flying at the machine and cause disaster, you can just manual cut it with a hand saw to remove the material, it`s only 2mm thick per tab.

    on this code you need to zero the tip of your spindle at the material itself, use manual mode on the spindle, so that you can safely zero it on the material, start the spindle at your desired RPM range before start running the program, it`s only wood, its as soft as jelly on a 24K RPM spindle motor.
