Identify this Techno gizmo and spindle?

Techno part # H22T59-DXF-C. Can anyone tell me what this is and what it's used for? Came with a DaVinci I bought at auction.

I'd also like to know more about the spindle, has no markings at all.

photo 3 gives you a clue
the yellow box is an electronic Key for the software from Aegis

the box plugs into the PC's printer port and passes the signals through to your printer or what ever you connect to it
inside will be either a serial rom or PIC CHIP with date the control softwares looking for before it will run

Spindle looks like the Kress 600 ER that came with my XYZ gantry table.

    Yeah, really late response.

Actually, yours is the earliest response.... Thank you!

Does 600 ER mean 600 watts and ER collets? My spindle uses the Kress collets.
Do you know the top rpm?

    600 Watt but 50 Hz.

It used a Kress collet and nut. Nut cracked trying to remove it. And the variable speed adjustment wheel was missing. Replaced it with a DeWalt DWP611. No regrets.

As late as the response is, I hope it helps. I don't visit here often. When I do, suddenly the entire day is gone.

Thanks for the response. Mine was in good condition, except for runout that was excessive for the micro-miniature endmills I use. But I was able to regrind the taper to within .0003" TIR , and it's been working fine for me.
