    Somab Lathes

    Hello,

    I've just bought a Somab Transmab 400 CNC lathe but I'm struggling to find any information online about it. I know they are French machines and I've heard the name mentioned in the post.

    This has a 8 position tool changer, powered chuck and tailstock, swarf conveyor etc. The machine is powered by an NUM 720 control system.

    Has anyone any experience with these lathes and or control systems. Or know where I can find more information?
