    need help please with a custom cnc

    I have a homemade cnc mill table and every part i try to make comes out double the size that it should be. Also sorry if i am not posting this i the right area this is my first post.

    Need a whole lot more information. Drives, CNC control software, machine setup, etc.

    Sounds like stepper/servo scaling parameters are off by x2?

    What happens if you divide the steps/unit number in half?

    I have found the problem, it was the settings in my cam it wass double scaling on export and everything is working good except i need a good design of a z axis so i can get rid of the slop on my z
