Hi.

After a long time, I finally put the output board into operation today.
I have adopted the settings for spindle start and speed from the user manual (page 358 / 2.9.18).
The output is adjusted to 10v.
All in all, it works well. But the speed fluctuates. The speed fluctuates around 1500-2000 RPM in a period of approx. 30 seconds.

What can I do?

few things come in my mind, foulty electronic for spindel, bad powersupply for mk controler board, no electronic for proper driving spindel interface.

Do you think it's the power supply?
The output board has the same power supply as the MK3 / 9 board.
The spindle speed is constant without an output board.

I am using 12V 1,5A switcher for power board and ext. Added extra electronic (simple lm358+some elements) for driwing rpm of the spindle.

Can you explain that in more detail? Maybe a photo and a link to the required parts?

I use the Planet-CNC output board. And I attached it as described in the instructions.

I simply changed the power supply. The output board now has its own. The speed is now stable.

I have made output board from arduino 3 rellay board and separate RPM adjustement board with LM358 + poti and some resistors, thats'it. works perfect.
Probably original relays draw more current and there was a problem.
