    Alarm (Red LED) on Fanuc 6T input unit A14B-0061-B103

    Hi,
    We have an old machine with Fanuc 6T controller. Machine control getting off in between while running auto cycle. Found alarm LED on input unit A14B-0061-B103 is ON in this condition. I don't have any manuals to refer.
    Pls let me know what this indicates. How to solve this problem.

    may be some of voltages (+/-15V, 5V, 24V) in power supply unit (A14B-0061-B001 or another model) isn't ok
    try replace power supply unit
