Are you talking about the painting from the Sistine Chapel "The Creation of Adam"? The one where God reaches out and touches someone? You could probably emboss that up into 3d using a heightfield program. DeskProto has that capability, as do others.

Or are you referring to the over-life-sized nude statue of David, originally in marble? There was a Stanford project to scan that one at incredibly high resolution, but they aren't releasing the polygon file, at least not for free...
