    spindle motor

    Hello All,

    I am doing the planning befor I build a small cnc mill,
    I was wondering if anyone has a good solution for a spindle motor and tool holder

    Talking spindle motor

    I just finished my spindle using a 2hp treadmill motor(dc that is)I used the power supply and controls right off the treadmill. this spindle runs @0-11,000 rpm and it drills and mills aluminum also.Best idea Ive had all year.Im in the process of adding another set of pulleys to up the rpm to approx 20,000.
