Synrad T60 RF driver dead (need pics of yours)

Hi all, I was hoping someone on here might have a Synrad T60 (or possibly others) that would either be willing to pop the lid off their unit or have internal pictures?

It's a long shot but my T60 completely fried what looks like a P channel FET in the logic side of the RF unit and I need to know the part number so I can look for a replacement. It's labelled as Q1 on the board near the fuses. Nothing else seems to be damaged. The FET seems to switch on the power to the 3 main RF drivers and it is demolished!

Hoping someone has a pic or would be willing to snap a pic of theirs?

To anyone that might happen to find/need this. The people over at Novanta (the new owner/name of Synrad) were not only kind enough to tell me the part number of Q1 but also sent me a full detailed Tech Note on it's replacement! You are looking at an IRF1405 rated at 169A continuous. The T100 seems to contain 2 of these (powering 5 RF modules). Hopefully this is the extent of the damage but being they had a tech note on it, it must be a common problem in these units.
