adjustable timing belt tensioner parts needed

My background is robotics and computer engineering. I have not undertaken a project like the one covered by youtuber soat mon before, see video link below.

The project is to add servo control for a quilting longarm (system for sewing pieces of a quilt together). I see this DIY effort to be pretty straightforward
but I have not been able to find a good source for the screw adjustable timing belt tensioner for X and Y axis. Note, due to the width of the longarm (12ft) the
timing belt will be pretty long. The idler pulley and type of belt is described below.

The idler pully total width is 14.2mm and I imagine that a 'U' shaped bracket that I can tighten with a screw would work well, similar to what @soatmon uses. I am not familiar with
    part terminology, so I apologize.

I've looked at McMaster but I couldn't find what I need. Google searches that include 'CNC" produced a lot of results but they refer to tensioners that
are too small as they are for CNC 3D printers.

Advise or sources for screw adjustable Belt pulley tensioners would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Tim - I make tensioners for 10mm belts. They combine the return pulley and tensioner. If your using a full loop belt design they would be suitable. If your using a U drive arrangement they wouldn't work. I have several in stock and can quote if suitable. Send me a PM if interested or [email protected]. Tensioners are not commercially available as far as I can tell. Can send drawing if needed. The pulleys & belts I use at T type. The pulley is machined to accept 2 sealed bearings for the return and uses an M8 bolt as the shaft. I don't like the U drives as they reverse the bend the belt so they fatigue faster, if you look up the recommended pulley diameter for a reversed pulley its huge!. Plus I try to have motors stationary to reduce inertia & complexity. Peter

edit- just watched your vid. Well done
