When there is NO ULTRA JOINT, to keep the material from deforming or bouncing back, which can be dangerous for the cutting head, the machine will have to STOP and punch a new starting point a distance from the end point of the previous line (usually 1~3mm depending on the thickness of the material).

When there is ULTRA JOINT, the cutting head will NOT have to stop to punch, but will use an algorithm to retain the connection, helping the machine run continuously without interruption while still having connection points.

RESULT: Cutting time will be significantly reduced, and importantly, the cutting circuit will be more seamless, leaving no SCARS, and handling the connection points is also much simpler than when using MICRO JOINT technology of other laser cutting machines on the market.

ULTRA JOINT technology is currently available on all EMC Laser cutting machines
