    1000ipm bit&material Q's

I operate a 4 spindle Heian router, it is capable of 1500ipm, but im only looking to run it at 900ipm...for now.

6 pieces of 1/8" MDF (3/8 bit no larger )

I have had some success with the MDF in a 2 flute compression chipbreaker bit, but i would like to go to some kind of full upcut to remove most/all of the dust left behind. I have tried running a Vortex 2 flute spiral upcut, it left the edges of the top piece of MDF too rough. My shop is high volume, and we dont have time to sand pieces after they come off the CNC. So if at all possible id like to have finish quality edges, and little to no dust right off the machine. Any bits suggested would be appreciated, im thinking about trying out the 3 flute upcut with and w/o chipbreakers, depending on which gives the better finish.

The only bits I've used that got most of the chips out of the cut were Vortex 3 flute roughers. They leave a clean top edge, too, but leave a riplled edge which you'd have to recut with a compression spiral. You might want to try a Vortex Tornado, combination rougher/ compression bit. They're expensive, though.
