Are you trying to interface with a parallel port on a computer or are you using a plc? What software are you using? What is the application?

yes. I,m not using PLC, Im trying connect from PC- BOB ( break out Board CNC)- driver bergerlahr, application for CNC. use software Mach 3.

output signal from BOB 3,5 Volt TTL, but type of my drive use signal pulse 24 Volt.
maybe do you have simple circuit to converter pulse cshmitt?
