Smile Anyone out there working on Peddinghaus Machines

I work with a FPB1500, Anglemaster 823, Meba Saw, BDL.

I'm interested in getting some dialog going about different aspects of these machines.

We have used our Anglemaster 823B to punch holes in channel. We cut it on the saw later. Just thinking now... to speed up the cutting process you could put layout marks with the am at cutlines.

Thanks plasmaman but that is what we are doing at the moment.
We drill and layout mark on TDK and then send to bandsaw.
What we are really looking is for a separate mc to do this whole process as we find it terribly slow drilling on TDK and cutting on bandsaw.

No I dont need any details, I am the one who takes the engineer's drawings and draws every thing in more detail than just a line and what it is. Our Peddinghaus can drill, bend, and cut to length. We took off the torches and the fabricators do the end notches. Sorry for any confusion, I realized that I needed to go to work.
