I know mach demo can only read so many lines of code. Why don't you check out the MACH forum?

What kind of control you are using, if your program consist of many lines, most control can not process the data fast enough to move the machine at the requiered feed, if you had the "NUMATIX: control this would not be an issue, the control will fed the machine at machine speed, it process the data at ~60,000 blocks per sec.

If your'e typing the feedrate into the DRO, make sure that
    1) there is no feedrate in the gcode.
    2) your motors are tuned to go at least as fast as your trying to go.
    3) If the code has a lot of short segments, try CV mode (G64)
