Best CAM Software for turning / lathe?

    Hi,

I want to know which is the best CAM software to use with my CNC lathe machine. I have tried my hand at MasterCAM and it seems pretty decent, but just wanted to know if there are any better CAM software for 2 axis turning. Also I will also be getting a 3 axis milling machine eventually so it would help if the software also supports 3 axis milling as well.

    thanks

We use dolphin cad cam and surfcam. I use Dolphin for our 3 CNC lathe machines. We also use dolphin on our machining centers. Surfcam comes in handy for more complex 3d surfacing.
