I had a problem with the software recognizing my my dongle key yesterday and was not able to use Solidcam. The problem was created because of a trial period for the HSM module expiring and for some reason it locked me out entirely.
I sent an email to one of the SolidCAM support guys (Dave Johnson) on Saturday night and he was able to have a new key update for me before Sunday morning to get me back up and running again. Dave has been excellent at finding solutions to any problems that I have had.
This has pretty much been the story for any issues or questions I have had with the software and in my opinion it is the best support I have ever received for any software package I have ever used.
I just thought I would pass this along to anyone with questions on SolidCAM's support of their products.
