How does kleinbauer slides work ?

    Hi there !

I wanted to build a little Desktop CNC just to learning the base of cnc woodworking.

I was immediately interested into Kleinbauer design (especially "The Brute" and the "KleinMill").
But as i've read... Kleinbauer seem to be blind on international selling, so i had to proceed without the possibility of buying his plans. :-(

I've tried to take some hints from the pictures, but i don't understand how are the delrin slides builded.

Does anyone can help me ? i will pay for this plan's, or even for a copy of the linear slides instructions..

    Greetings
    David

p.s. : sorry for my bad english

If you are still interested - old post I see...

The Kleinbauer slides are just a sandwhich of material.
I have a running Brute build from his plans.

    Here is the idea...

    Bed of axis
    Aluminum chassis
    Delrin slide bearing

That is all. I many photos in the event you need pictures.
