    New And Need Help

Hi guys I'm new here and have seen the amazing things you can do on your machines and decided that I would also like to build myself a cnc router. Do any of you know where I can get plans for my first machine. I'm kind of on a budget to build this since I just bought a new mill and lathe for my repair shop I decided on the jet for a mill and lathe do any of you have any comments as far as how good of a machine the jet is. I went with a 14/40 gearhead engine lathe floor model and went with the jet 9X49 JTM-4VS for a milling machine. So if I need to do machineing on parts I should be able to do it with the new machines. Im just looking for somthing around a 24x24 or mabye a little bigger that me and my dad can build together and have fun with.
Thank you and I will say that this is a verry nice placy you have here
I will also include pictures of the new machines when they get here and are set up.

Ok I see the plans for the machine ger21 and that seems simple enough. Now I have worked on machines for several years and they wer all manual machines so CNC is somthing new to me. If I go by the plans and build this machine what will I need to operate it ( Im in the dark on this one) I have a good used computer so I have that and from what I have seen I will go with the stepper motor design for my first machine for money reasons what is the simplest and most economical set up that I can put together for the operation of this machine as far as CNC software that is fairley user friendley and the electronics to drive the stepper setup. Is their a detailed list for electronic dummies like me with instructions of how to build and what to use for the electronic side.

Thank you and please forgive me for my ignorance ( Im new at this)
