Question Mach BNE 51S - Fanuc 18-T - work zero offset???

Hi! I work on the mach BNE 51S, Fanuc 18-T and I have a problem with Work Zero Offset. Machine doesn`t read G54, G55 ..... G59 (alarm 010 IMPROPER G-CODE). I think I need activating some parameter (parameters). Does anyone have the parameters book of Fanuc 18-T?

    Thanks

    BoKo

Do you have the workoffset page on the control? You can view the G54-G59 and set them? Improper G-code usually means that the option is not installed on the control. However if it is not installed I would think you could not view or set them.

Send me a PM with your email address and I will send the manual.

Yes, I do. I see screen with workoffset, I changed values on the workoffset G55, G56 and no problem but machine didn`t see G54 - G59 from the program.

Improper G-code usually means that the option is not installed on the control.
It is possible becouse this is 15 years old machine but I want to check it!

    Check PM please!

    Thanks

    BoKo,
I got your email. I will send you the manual later today. I don't have my flashdrive with me at the moment and that is were I have them.

You say that the machine does not read G54-G59. So you always get the "IMPROPER G-CODE" everytime you program a G54-G59?? It is weird that you can view and change them if the option is not activated. If you do an MDI G55; insert then cycle start....the machine alarms out??

Stevo1 - thanks for manual. Last week I didn`t work and I didn`t try change anything. Yesterday I checked and .....

    I have same alarm!!!!
Yesterday I changed the parameters, however the machine's alarm continues to alert me with <Improper G-code>. I believe there is a need to change the parameters in the following window: <Keep Relay>. However I don't have any information/guidelines on this topic. I was wondering if you might have something like that?

    BoKo,
There will not be many guidelines to the keeprelays in the Fanuc book as these are usually setup by the MTB. If you have the MTB manual it should give some insight as to what the settings of these are. These however will not help divert this alarm.

As I stated before an improper G-code alarm usually means that that option is not activated on your control. I will send you a PM to find out if you actually have this option activated.
