We are located in toronto.We have hitachi seiki 23SII. When I try to transfer program from pc to mc my mc froze. When i press editor and select input or output there is nothing coming and my mc is froze and nothing working not even handel or jog .even when i do program with yanuc control and try to transfer program to nc it's froze but i have one program inside if i run that it's running if i go mdi it's running i can modify old program by manual and run but i can't upload new. Before when i perss program call program list was coming but now if i press program call there is no program list and mc froze i don/t know what happen before it was transferring even program list was showing all program

You have a user memory problem. In the manual you have a procedure to reset the user memory. The program that is there will be deleted but the communications should work fine after this.
