    Mark,
l have three. Two are 3 axis and one is a two axis. These controllers are fairly robust and I've found that most problems, I've seen, are related to how the dealer retrofited them on the mill. A few years ago they were having some problems with the servo motors but that was SEM's the servo maker's problem and has since, as I understand, been fixed. Tell me what your problems have been?

The display goes funky and blank at times. This is useually in the first hour of running. I can still run a program but cannot see display.

I've seen that. Do all your numbers and letters have a yellow edged highlight to them or another primary color? And… is.. the picture squeezed some to one side, before you lose the image? This would indicate/suggest a bad graphics board.

I have one here at work we have not had any problems with in the last year and half that I have managed the shop.
