Thanks in advance. My posts do out put the user comments. My issue is when I populate the comments field, save the file and open at a later time those comment fields are now blank. Is this the same for anyone else? If so what are you doing to fix, correct or work around this? Thanks again and have a good day.

They save for me.... You could try navigate to this file and launch it:

C:\Program Files\BobCAD-CAM\BobCAD-CAM V23\MillingMachineSetup.exe

Then select your machine you are using (should be the one selected, and look on the settings tab to see if "allow user comments" is checked.

Thanks for your help. I did it for mill and lathe. I put user comments in, save, close BCC, re-open and all comment fields are cleared. I will create a service ticket. Thanks again for your time and help.
