    Are sherlines drilled and tapped??

    Hi,

Are the new sherline mills drilled and tapped for mounting the cnc motor adapters? Or do they still use that silly little drill guide block and DIY?

I have emailed sherline but am being ingored from some reason.

No, they are not, unless you buy the cnc ready version.
That has motor mounts, you only need to provide your own
    step motors.
Also, when you convert to cnc from a regular lathe, they sell you a kit with the
    mounts and a new leadscrew.
    Jose.
