    eia on a 640m controller 510-c vmc

    have a question as i always programming in conversation mazatrol but due to lots of people leaving I am now learning the g-code side of it. I have a program that pulls in my cd but when it comes down to its z its 3/4 above the part. I have to tool setup as tool 3 and the length in mazak tool data done by my tool probe. m45 is my indexer code by the way

    and i typed it wrong by but the g43 is h3

    You don't need G43 H-- Most Mazaks are set up to use Mazatrol tool data for length and diameter. Zero out your offset page and try it again. What is the .6CD for?
