I am from Portugal and i do jewelery.
I am interested in a machine that could do small charms in aluminium , cooper and other metals.
I need advise in the type of machine that exist and what kind of parts do i need if i want to assemble one.

You need a small CNC mill (not a router). We specialize in these things; see my site below, under Production. Either a Taig or a Sherline would do what you're talking about.
