My table is 1100/900mm with clear space 100mm deep all the way around. Behind it the rest of the machine is timber bed. I use the machine 50/50 alloy/timber.

Has anyone built a DIY conveyor screw or belt for alloy chips? Im throwing ideas around. Having 4 sides is making me think a bit. Last night I left the subject thinking to automate it is too much work, and just to build a gutter all the way around. Then clean with a hose.

But it would be cool to have something. I even thought about a sushi train track. Am still to see a conveyor that hinges around sharp 90deg corners like a sushi train. The screws, well I would need multiple. Hmmm
