    Kcam Scaleing wrong?

I cut a square in Mach2 (perfect size when measured after cutout) with my settings at 5200 for my lead screw,
But when i have the same in Kcam (5200) it cut a little smaller and not to the correct scale... has anyone ran across this before?

it could be tool offset is set in one and not in the other or one setup is imperial and one is metric
