    plunge to z zero

When I try to make a program, I draw the part, and then try to generate a toolpath. Afterward, the toolpath show huge red marks where the tool plunges to zero after doing the roughing and then again on the finishing operations.

    Any help would be awesome!:withstupi:withstupi:withstupi

Can you post your part file? That would help.

Without any other information, it is hard to help. I would check your auto-clear/clearance planes (whichever you have selected). Also your entry/exit moves.

Looks like you probably have your stock defined improperly. Take a look at this screen shot and notice that the Z stock value is "0" and the "Clearance Plane" is 1.0 GibbsCam Examples
