    Exclamation Mori MVJR MX2 Controller

Okay guys, working on the junior today just got it up and running again after years of sitting. In manual mode I activated the M06 function for tool change. It grabbed the pot and brought it down andthat is it. I cant get it to place into spindle or anything, How do I get it to place the pot back into the tool changer?
This activated the ATC cycle start function.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    Thanks, Logan

If you don't have the manuals, you can download them from the yaskawa web site.

The procedure is explained in the manuals.

You need to have the spindle at least 300mm -Y from the machine origin before doing M06

First, Yaskawa can't help, its a builder side problem. Second, Y axis has nothing to do with the ATC sequence. I have the procedure for re-setting the arm, unfortunately not the pot up/down. Mori should be able to Email you the procedure. It is pretty straight forward, just release the interlock (m31 i believe) then fire the pot up Mcode.
