Hi all, please can you help me, I have been trying to get my 50watt laser machine working but it will not connect to my laptop via the usb ports, my laptop comes up with an error code of 28 saying it cant install the drivers for the machine. I am trying to work it from a HP pavilion g series with windows 7, 64 bit. The machine did come with a disc that contains different types of files but I am not sure what to do with them and have tried many different things.

what software are you trying to run. I use laserworks 6.30 0n my 60 watt that is just an upgrade of the 50 watt. You have to install the usb drivers first

It is the usb drivers that i cannot install, i have tried 4 laptops and none seem to recognise the drivers for the usb connection of the machine?
