    Enroute 3 & Windows 7 x64 Compatibility Issues

    Hi All, (first post!)

First Question: Is Enroute 3.3 Plus compatible with Windows 7 x64, can anyone confirm this?

I have been attempting to install my valid Enroute 3 Plus software on my new Windows 7 x64 computer, but so far all attempts have failed. My software distributer has no idea how to fix this nor could I get hold of SAI.

Basically, the issue comes down to the password program not accepting the password. It will run fine on XP or even Windows 7 x86 systems, but not on Windows x64. I am confident (to my knowledge) that I have correctly got the HASP license key installed and recoginsed by Windows, it's just I can't get past the password setup.

    Steps I have already taken:
    - Disabled UAC completely, with reboot.
    - Disabled Driver Signing (done on startup).
    - Installed latest HASP Drivers from here. Installation reports successful.
    - Checked the HASP dongle in device manager (reports that it is working).

Looking forward to your responses, cheers in advance.

    Enroute 3 & windows 7 x64 Compatibilty Issue

We are a distributor of Enroute software, and we have ran into the same
problem with some of our customers that are trying to install Enroute 3, with Windows 7, unfortunately Enroute 3.0 is not Windows 7 friendly.

Your options, are using a XP or Vista operating system, or upgrading your Enroute 3.0 to 4.0. If you choose to upgrade, give us a call, we sell and support Enroute software. Also, we are running specials on Enroute for the month of Oct.
