Arrow RFQ - Clip On Nut Cover

    Hi,

I need a short run (20xpairs/40pcs) of these [originally] plastic windscreen wiper nut covers for a semi classic car but in aluminium, supplied ready for polish/chrome plating.

I don't have a drawing yet but here are a couple of pictures to see if it produces any interest.

I guess these could be turned, but would expect them to maybe be pressed over a former - dont know - you guys tell me ;-)) This may even exist out there as a cover for something else but I have not been able to find it yet.

It's about 25mm at the widest point and it clips into a 22mm base: (approx: I will confirm measurements later today).

    Any help appreciated.

I think I need to put this RFQ to sleep for a short while as it seems there may be perfectly adequate chrome dome bolts out there that may do the job.

I have had a pretty good response for help that has been very much appreciated, and I shall update the thread in good time.

To answer the question - I have no preference where the parts are made at all, they will be pretty light so I can't see geography being a factor ;-))
