    Locate CNC Chip Confinement Bristles

    Hello,
I am looking to put together a housing around my CNC Cutting spindle that looks very much to me like very soft bristles of a brush, and held together at top by a flexible band. I am hoping that this material is available in lengths, so I can make the diameter that I want. I saw this somewhere and is an ingenious way to keep the unwanted chips that fly everywhere confined where they can easily be vacuumed on occasion. The soft bristles collapse as the Z axis rides up and down, while always keeping the bottom of the bristles applying a small amount of pressure on the macihine table.
    Any info would be appreciated.

I'm building my first table for my girlfriend's room for a TV I just bought for her. It's a 29" LED, how big and what kind of screws or anything do you think I would need?

    gary,
Here it is, about 6" square. The aluminum is Alloy 6061, 2 mm (.080") thick
and the Bristles and Bristle Mount extrusion were obtained from Mc Master-Carr, real inexpensive, I think I bought 3 feet of each for around $14.00. In one picture I left one bank of bristles out so you could see the basic construction.
