As a Chinese, and after reading your experience about Chinese machines. I feel very sad. I work in a sign equipment manufacturer, and we still work very hard to meet our customers' requires. The question always like this:

1, the software installation.
2, the machines installation.
3, How to debug the software and the machines.

we put the manual and operation manual into the package, while they still not forward to the materials we sent to them. we feel headache and try every possible to help them.

Maybe you think your suppliers from China are bad and should be carefully import from China. you also want to low price and best service from China. but, how could it happen????

I don't think the problems you're talking about are limited to China... it happens everywhere. And like China as in the rest of the world you can get good quality stuff as well as bad quality - One just has to shop around for decent suppliers.
