    Millpwr Problem

    Hello,

    I have a Kondia Powermill fitted with a Acu-rite 3 axis DRO, with 2 axis CNC. The software is Millpwr 1.3.1. I am getting the following error message when I turn on the computer:

    "Servo.cpp(211) Assertion Failed"

    Can someone give me some guidance as to what to check?

    This could be a few different things. First thing I would do is check the BMDC board. Remove it, clean the connector, install it, and power up. Next I would re-load the software. Thirdly, I would check your 5/12 VDC to your hard drive. Black to yellow is 12VDC black to red is 5 VDC.
