Looking for opinions on my proposed list of parts

Up until this post I have done a ton of reading an no posting. I am building my first CNC router using a modified version for the JGRO plans. I added to the X and Y axis for a little more cutting space. I am looking for comments on my choice with the understanding that I am going to use this machine to probably build my next one, maybe Joe's 2006 or 4x4, not sure yet, so I want the electronics to be able to migrate.

    Looking at the following items:

Later I might add additional items including

I am looking for feedback on the selections. Am I missing anything am I totally missing the mark?

    Thanks for the help

The motors are no good. Get the 570 oz-in ones instead.

So that leads me to questions about 8 wire vs 4 wire on the steppers. The 570 oz-in are bi-polar so that make me start wondering bi polar vs parallel etc.

Both of the drivers that you listed are designed for bipolar hookup, so you would have wired up an 8-wire stepper for a 4-wire hookup.

8 wire will let you experiment with unipolar drives, but there's really no reason to. Bipolar is the best.
