Exclamation DM860A broken (miss steps) after a week

Hi everyone, sorry for my english.

I use DM860A bought on ebay from longs motor, after a while, the step motors started to miss steps and one drive stopped working at normal temperature. I had to heat it up with an hairdryer to make it work. Last week I got another kit, replaced parts one after the other and discovered that the break out board and the 3 drives caused step missing, so I replaced all of them and it was working good. I thought the low temperature and the humidity was the problem so I kept the electronic at about 10-16 celcius. Today, the second kit made the same thing. I missed steps on Y axis then on all axis. Now I have 6 broken drives and at least 1 break out board broken. Somebody had the same problem ? What should I check? Any advise would be appreciated.

    Here is the kit :

Try to run it at a lower speed, These motors have 22mH with the 60 volt supply they should do about 120 Rpm and no higher. Running at higher speeds will reduse the torque fast.
Check your system for free running ( no binding or heavy points )
If they work fine at half the speed that you used, then have a look at the ramp up and max speed that you are using.
You might be real bad luck if all these is defective. that's hard to believe.
    Rgds, Toin.
