I replaced the O-rings in the turret drive control valve, they were leaking and causing the turret to free wheel on tool change command, Now I'm having problems getting the turret timing right.
The turret out/in switch is ok as well as the limit switch. When I do a manual tool change, the turret moves out, rotates to desired tool, moves back in to within almost 1/4" or just before it makes the turret close switch and stops............. Anyone have any ideas? Help is much appreciated.

Press E-stop and then see if you can tighten the lock nuts (NUT, LOCK - items 290&360) further.
If the lock nuts are tightened while the hydraulics are active, a "tight feel" will not be tight enough.

For others that are reading this thread, looking for a solution to a similar issue...Was the problem resolved by the mentioned procedure, or was it something else?
