Hi all,
I have a project using the KFLOP that requires me to machine flat aluminium bonded to a circular substrate. The machine is a rotary-type router - where there is an A axis as a rotary axis, a Y axis traversing the length of the bed, and a Z axis for depth.
There is unavoidable surface height deviation due to the method that the aluminium is bonded to the substrate.
I would like to know whether is is possible to probe multiple points along the aluminium to create a tubular map of Z height deviation, and to correct this in either the G-Code or some auxillary feature of KmotionCNC.
The aluminium may be energised for using a probing method.
