Does anyone know a source for either small diameter slittlng saw blades, or large diameter Woodruff cutters? Seems like all the slitting saws I can find are 2.75" or more in diameter, with 1" center holes. All the Woodruff cutters I can find are rather small diameter. Ideally, I'd like something that would allow me to make about a 3/4" under-cut in a part - perhaps a 2" maximum diameter cutter. A slitting saw does the job nicely, but requires a huge amount of clearance around the part, making a multi-part fixture far larger than it would otherwise be.

Tormach has slitting saws that are 2" in diameter. They also have arbors for them

The arbor is a Taig, 1/2" dia. x 3/8" shank. Not sure where I got the cutters from (Ebay?) but these guys have some:
