    hy01d523b 220v 60hz input connections

I bought a matched pair spindle and FVD from ebay 2 years ago. Now that I'm ready to install it, I can't find a model number on the VFD but the only unit in the Chinglish manual that matches it's stated specs is hy01d523b. It has 220v 1.5kw sticker on vfd.
Searching youtube and here, I've gotten conflicting info and pictures but here's where I think I am at present.
UVW are my spindle phase outputs. I'm fairly certain that R and S accept the incoming line voltages (120 each for 240 total). While the ground to the spindle goes to the screw labeled ground immediately to the right of the UVW connections, I've seen some setups with the incoming power ground (or neutral) on the T terminal beside the R and S ones. In other pictures, both grounds go to the labeled ground (beside UVW). An ohm-meter test between the two potential grounds is basically an open circuit and the manual infers that the ground with the RS inputs is for an alternate mode. Which one (if either) should I use on a USA 240 volt 60 hertz, 3 wire, supply source?
    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hey,
DONT wire your incoming PE to any of the RST terminals, just wire it to one of the fixing screws to the panel or directly to the radiator, or ensure a good earthing to your panel and don't wire the PE to the VFD.
