Almost have this thing operational. I have the touch and go plate from shopdroids with a z switch. When I press the Z switch, the light on the table i/o card lights up but anytime the z tries to zero, the motor keeps going where I have to e stop the machine. Since the board lights up, i assume it is a setting I dont have correct. Any idea what is happening? If more info is required, Ill post back asap.

Also running a new hypertherm 65 with machine torch connected to the dthc through the specific cable(mic-01 i think) for that machine.

Got everything going and tested. Ill finish the post so when it comes up in the search engine it wont be a useless thread.

All i did was set the z home and probe to enabled in ports and pins, emulated the z home and all is well. Also, I had to change my switch to normally open but i think i could have changed a setting to achieve the same thing. Maybe this will help someone.
