Hello...Tool changer froze on columbo spindle. I have a g-penny water cooled spindle connected and so far, it works really well. The problem I'm having is I can't get the water to flow through the 1/4 hose consistently. I have tried 3 pumps ,the last being a 1/6 hp sump pump. I get small trickles and sometime a good stream then slowly stops. Nothing is clogged or kinked,. I have checked it thoroughly. It seems like as the water gets warmer it just peters out. The last pump I tried, heated the water up just cooling its motor! Any Ideas??? oh...this is a 4896 machine and each section of hose is around 30 feet long.

This may be due to the blockage of the spindle's water circuit. You can first suspend the operation of the equipment, and then repeatedly dredge the circulating cooling water circuit. After the dredging is completed, replace the circulating cooling water (pure water or distilled water) of the engraving machine spindle chiller. Filter impurities in the water while scale is generated to ensure that the water quality of the spindle chiller is clean.
Pay attention to the following points at ordinary times:
1. The water quality must be clean and free of impurities to prevent blocking the water inlet of the motor;
2. The water pump power cannot be too small, otherwise the water circulation cannot be well performed due to the height difference between the spindle and the water pump;
3. Pay attention to frequently replacing or adding pure water to avoid too long water circulation time, too high water temperature, and scale in the spindle water circulation pipeline;
