    Hi

I Downloaded This Macro from this site and modifyed it to my needs.
The Problem I have is that in Funktion no. 5 "Set Z axis height" it don´t set P1 in Fixture
Is there a frendly soul that can take a look and maybe spot the problem ?

    Please look at #:ZHEIGHT

    Re: Corner Probe Macro

just go thru and read the fadal programming manual about how to write macro codes, then write your own from scratch. that may not be the answer you want to hear, but just shut up and deal with that. that's what I had to do. I don't run macros from internal memory to find corners and the like, i probe in-cycle, wherever I want to, then use the expected vs. measured locations to update your fixture offset. it's way easier than corner probing, and you'll probably find that probing stock material isn't all that useful really anyhow. you really want to probe for side 2, etc. on already machined surfaces. in which case you will most likely want more than corner probing since most parts don't just look like a cube.

writing the macros isn't hard and it is well worth your time to just get used to using G31, and G31.1, along with macro variables like V1, V2, etc.
