I built my machine about 10 yrs ago and it has ran perfect until tonight, and I am not sure what has happened.

I am cutting profiles and the cut is taking an extra pcs out of the material. I am going to try to attach a picture so you can see what is going on and tell you how I have been setting the pc up for cutting.

I am using Mach 3 and I am not sure what version it is actually. So this extra cut out is on both outer and interior cuts of my profile. In the mach 3 program I have added a circular lead into my cuts of .250 radios, with no lead out. I go into my profile and change the start point so it is not on a corner of the inner cutouts so the tool has room to do the lead in. I am thinking maybe backlash but I cant remember how i checked that when i built the machine.
